Our mat-based bodywork is a unique fusion of modern and ancient techniques, combining a variety of techniques including: Mindfulness-based Manual Therapy, Myafascial Release, yoga-inspired Biomechanics, Reflexology, Pranayama (breathwork) and postural alignment.
MYA Touch Bodywork Sessions are received on a large padded floor mat, while fully clothed and without the use of oils. In order to give you the best results, sessions may also include up to 15 minutes of consultation, evaluation and recommendations. We encourage a period of rest following our treatments to fully integrate the benefits.
